At Naught, we stand behind everything we make. If something isn’t right, we fix it — simply, quickly, and without unnecessary hassle. This Return Policy explains your options when a product doesn’t meet your expectations.
The Naught Reliability Promise
If your bag has a manufacturing or material defect within 6 months of purchase, our Reliability Promise applies:
We come to your door. We pick it up. We fix it. We re-deliver it — within 24 hours. Free of charge.
This is our primary commitment. The return policy below applies to cases outside this promise (change of mind, wrong item, etc.).
Nothing by name. Everything by reliability.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return must be initiated before shipping
Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers
- Returns requested after 7 days without approval

Pack securely and ship using a trackable courier after approval.
Step 5 — Resolution
Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Note: Do not send items without approval.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange available for size or color (subject to availability)
- Must be requested within 7 days
- Product must meet return conditions
- If unavailable, store credit or refund will be issued
- First exchange shipping is free
Wrong or Defective Item
If you receive a wrong or defective item:

- Share order details and images
- We arrange free pickup
- Choose replacement or full refund

Order Cancellation
You can cancel before dispatch. Contact immediately via email or WhatsApp.
Post-dispatch orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
Damaged in Transit
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages
- If accepted, report within 48 hours with photos
Store Credit
- Valid for 12 months
- Usable across entire website
- Non-transferable
- Issued via email as a code
